Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our strategic business partner in retail and telemedicine!

Job Description

• Manage and develop partnerships with insurance and corporations.

• Build relationships and negotiate with key decision-makers in insurances and corporations.

• Develop and execute programs to increase service utilization and transaction volume.

• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and ensure partner satisfaction.

• Acquire new corporate partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

• Design and implement engagement programs to increase service utilization among partners.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team and cross-functional teams to drive partnership growth and business development.

• Monitor corporate partner performance and prepare reports on target achievements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, or in a related role (experience in the telemedicine, pharmacy, and healthcare industry is preferred).

• Experienced in engaging and building relationships with key decision-makers such as HR, Marketing, or Directors is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Target-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel for business as required by the company.
