Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / MARG Expert who can independently handle day-to-day accounting operations and has strong hands-on experience with MARG ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle MARG ERP for sales, purchase, billing, inventory, and accounting operations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, credit/debit notes, and payment entries.
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Assist in GST-related entries, returns, and documentation.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MARG ERP.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in billing, inventory, sales and purchase accounting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• 25 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Strong MARG ERP expertise is mandatory.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• Experience in distribution/trading companies will be an added advantage.
