Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads (outbound & inbound).
• Support pipeline tracking using GTI’s CRM tools to keep opportunity information updated.
• Help prepare and deliver remote solution presentations/demos to demonstrate Microsoft solution value (with guidance).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to support the lead-to-close process.
• Support achievement of monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written), able to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft technologies and explain their benefits in simple, business-focused terms.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
