Account Manager - Paid Social & PPC – Contract

A fast-paced performance creative agency in Manchester is looking for a Contract Account Manager to join their client services team.

This is a genuinely varied role. You'll own day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency's specialist Paid Social, PPC, Creative and Organic Social teams. You'll keep everyone aligned, on track and moving forward, making sure clients always know what's happening and internal teams always know what's needed of them.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll manage client relationships day to day, building trust through clear communication and reliable delivery.
• You'll coordinate work across Paid Social, PPC, Creative and Organic Social, briefing teams and keeping timelines on track.
• You'll bring structure and organisation to every account you touch, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• You'll translate specialist recommendations into clear, confident updates for clients.
• You'll stay close enough to Paid Social and PPC to hold your own in client conversations, even though this isn't a hands-on media buying role.

You'll need a genuine agency background, ideally with exposure across paid and creative or organic disciplines rather than deep specialism in just one channel.

Mostly remote with 2 days a month on site in Manchester.

£250-300 per day, start ASAP.
