Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Account Manager to support the growth and management of our business across Hong Kong and Macau. The role focuses on developing and maintaining business with major accounts, providing premium mattresses and sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business with major accounts
• Provide premium mattresses and sleep solutions to clients
• Develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Negotiate with clients while protecting margins, operational feasibility and long-term business value

About you

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in account management, commercial sales and business development
• Proven experience in hospitality projects or procurement networks is highly preferred
• Strong ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and the ability to protect margins, operational feasibility and long-term business value
