Account Manager

We're hiring an entry-level Account Manager to join our Philadelphia team. No account management experience required, just sharp instincts, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn fast.

The Day-to-Day

• Support a portfolio of client relationships and learn how to manage them end to end
• Help manage renewals and start spotting upsell opportunities
• Build trust with clients that grows into long-term partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and leadership
• Learn to track account health and flag risk early
• Use data to support decisions, not just gut instinct
• Speak up. We want fresh perspective, not silence

Who We're Looking For

• Sharp, curious, and eager to learn the ins and outs of client management
• Comfortable talking to people at every level, from a VP to an ops teammate
• No prior account management experience needed, but customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is a plus
• Good with people, good under pressure
• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what's next
