Account Manager

About the role

An Account Manager role managing multiple digital marketing accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms, serving as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
• Oversee social media content, campaigns, and promotions
• Coordinate with creative, production, and ads teams
• Monitor Meta & TikTok campaign performance
• Assist with Meta Ads campaign execution and optimization
• Coordinate TikTok Seller Center and social commerce activities
• Manage affiliate, creator, and influencer campaigns
• Coordinate video shoots, content production, and revisions
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations
• Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, account management, or production coordination
• Experience in a digital/creative agency is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center & TikTok Seller Center
• Knowledge of social media management, digital advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer/creator campaigns
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and client-handling skills
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
