ACCOUNT MANAGER

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the ongoing relationships with your accounts and ensure a positive experience with BetterConsult.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and implement opportunities to increase the number of clinics using BC, the number of GPs using BC, as well as increasing usage of BC with current GP users

• You will own successful and timely product discussions with your clinics, including corporate accounts, onboarding of practices and practitioners, proactively communicating the onboarding process, progressing them through the onboarding process towards a successful implementation.

• Complete scheduled clinic follow-ups promptly, addressing issues and identifying opportunities within the clinic, maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.

• You will monitor onboarding and engagement processes and performance, identifying bottlenecks or improvement opportunities along with associated recommendations, bringing a continuous improvement and growth mindset to the role.

• Capture, manage and report customer feedback on the BetterConsult product directly from customers, and highlight relevant or recurrent product issues and recommendations to the Product Manager.
