Echoes Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced and highly organized Account Manager to join our team in Dubai.

We work with professional and high-value businesses where accuracy, communication, organization, and attention to detail are extremely important. We are therefore looking for someone who can professionally represent Echoes and manage client relationships with a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the Echoes team.
• Understand each client's business, objectives, services, and marketing requirements.
• Coordinate with the Social Media, Content, Design, Video Production, and Paid Advertising teams.
• Follow up on campaigns, content plans, designs, videos, approvals, and deadlines.
• Ensure all client requests and feedback are properly documented and communicated to the relevant team members.
• Review work carefully before it is presented or delivered to clients.
• Prepare and present regular performance updates and reports.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Participate in client meetings and professionally represent Echoes Digital Marketing.
• Identify client needs, potential issues, and opportunities to improve account performance.
• Ensure projects and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Account Manager is mandatory.
• Previous experience within a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Social Media Agency is strongly preferred.
• Candidate must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory if the candidate is highly proficient in English.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, content production, and paid advertising.
• Ability to communicate professionally through meetings, email, WhatsApp, and presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing accounts in industries such as:

• Automotive
• Car Care & Detailing
• Luxury Services
• Hospitality
• Restaurants
• Retail or other service-based businesses

Automotive industry experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Important

This is not an entry-level position.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience in client and account management who can confidently handle important business accounts.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous accounts, responsibilities, and results during the interview.
