Account Manager

About the role

This is a customer-facing, field-based Account Manager role for a premium non-alcoholic beverage brand in the Jakarta & Bali markets. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships, opening new accounts, and driving product visibility by introducing the brand to premium outlets, HORECA partners, and lifestyle-focused customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 6–8 in-person sales visits per day to prospective and existing customers (cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, lifestyle retail, and other premium outlets)
• Identify and approach prospective customers that fit the brand's premium positioning
• Present and pitch the product effectively, tailoring the approach to each customer type
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Represent the brand's image and lifestyle positioning in every customer interaction
• Track visit activity, customer feedback, and sales progress; report regularly to the Commercial Director
• Support activations, tastings, or promotional events as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Energetic, and comfortable representing a premium lifestyle brand
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience (F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred, but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with an active, visit-heavy field role (6–8 visits/day)
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Understanding of premium/lifestyle consumer segments and how to approach them
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Own transportation preferred (for daily outlet visits)
• Based in or willing to work across Jakarta / Bali
