Account Manager

Overview
We’re looking for a bilingual Korean-English Operations Account Manager to run the day-to-day facility operations at one of the largest manufacturing and logistics site in Savannah, GA. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be the hub between management, employees, and the client, keeping everything running smoothly.

This is an entry-level role for someone organized, proactive, and obsessed with solving problems. If you spot inefficiencies and want to make operations faster, cleaner, and better, this is your playground. Your work will directly impact productivity, employee satisfaction, and client loyalty.

Duties

• Operations Management: Oversee on-site janitorial and facility service operations across multiple buildings and ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to standard. Solve operational problems quickly when issues come up suddenly.
• Client Relationship: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with client, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Handle any complaints, incidents, and special requests while protecting our company when issues are outside your control.
• Systems & Organization: Utilize spreadsheets and tracking systems (attendance, KPIs, schedules, requests) and set on improving processes to make operations more efficient. Plan for growth as operations expand and prepare team for future projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
