Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, helping customers and keeping things organised?

We are recruiting an Account Manager to join an established and growing business. This is a varied, relationship-focused position where you will manage customer accounts, respond to enquiries and work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.

Previous sales experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who communicates well, builds rapport naturally and is motivated to learn.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive, long-term relationships with customers
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for your accounts
• Responding to enquiries by telephone and email
• Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
• Preparing information and following up on opportunities
• Coordinating with other departments to keep customers updated
• Resolving queries in a helpful and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate account and customer information
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so previous industry experience is not required.
