Account Manager

About the role

Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships. Manage advertising and marketing campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present creative briefs to internal teams, guiding them toward client expectations
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients
• Oversee budgets and financials, ensuring accurate billing and cost control
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, digital) to deliver integrated solutions
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and assisting in new business pitches

About you

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital media trends
• Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency environment
