What they need
- • 200-250 assigned WhatsApp groups continuously monitor karna (client/counterparty-wise trade groups)
- • Har group mein buy/sell trade entries live track karke system mein enter karna — no delay allowed
- • End-of-day tak cash position aur bank position reconcile karna
- • Mismatch aane par debit/credit level pe khud root cause identify karna, uske baad escalate karna
- • Multiple groups mein simultaneous activity handle karna during live/rush hours
- • Pehle 1-2 din current process study karke ek improvement report dena — bottlenecks, delays, aur process ko "advance mode" mein le jaane ke suggestions ke saath
- Requirements:
- • B.Com/Commerce graduate ya equivalent accounting background
- • Debit-credit aur basic bookkeeping/reconciliation ka strong concept
- • MS Excel proficiency
- • Fast-paced environment mein kaam karne ki capability, multitasking
