Account Manager

Gamekeepers Meat is a leading supplier of premium meats, game and artisanal smallgoods to top restaurants, chefs, caterers and delis across Victoria.

Gamekeepers Meat is seeking a driven, organised, and relationship‑focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates confidently, and brings a proactive, can‑do attitude to every interaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams and onsite operations to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and retail partners.
• Oversee daily account activity, orders, and service needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain clean, organised account records and reporting.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of account management experience (food, FMCG, hospitality, or similar preferred).
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM and order systems.
• A can‑do attitude and confident communication style.
• Ability to work in a high‑speed, high‑expectation environment.
• Onsite working availability and a current driver’s licence.
