Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the day-to-day Accounts & Finance activities of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer collections, and vendor payments.
• Monitor bank reconciliation, cash flow, working capital, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost Audits.
• Support product costing, cost control, inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, PPC, Sales, and HR for finance-related activities.
• Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of inventory and financial transactions.
• Handle SAP/ERP accounting activities and maintain data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal financial controls.
• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

• 712 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, especially Automotive, Engineering, Gearbox, Transmission, or Industrial Products.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting, MIS, Audit, Costing, AP/AR, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
