We are a mission-driven, dynamic, and rapidly expanding software company passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the public sector.
Guardify is a sustainable social enterprise that got its start working with Child Advocacy Centers to protect sensitive child forensic interview evidence. Today, Guardify provides a secure, cloud-based platform that lets justice teams manage interviews, cases, and evidence in one connected system.

As a Quota-Carrying Account Manager (AM) at Guardify, you will be responsible for driving renewals, expansion, referrals, cross-selling, and lead generation within existing accounts. You will play an important role in reducing customer churn, increasing revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships while collaborating with support, onboarding, sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with current customers to understand their needs and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and guide customers through pricing changes and account transitions.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals and customer advocacy.
- Leverage existing customer success to generate new business through referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Own specific customer accounts and proactively manage their ongoing needs.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and identify usage-based upgrade opportunities.
- Partner with Sales on customer handoffs and revenue-growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with Marketing on referral and upsell campaigns.
- Drive renewals, account expansion, referrals, and lead generation within existing accounts.
About You
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management in a technical profession.
- Field experience in child advocacy, child protective services, legal, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful account growth and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of field service operations and sales processes within the public sector, legal, law enforcement, and/or social services.
- Strong relationship-management and strategic-selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and sales automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, customer-centric, and goal-oriented approach.
- Customer-first mentality with a passion for solving industry-specific challenges.
