Job Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day pre-selling activities to

generate sales revenues, overseeing account renewals, and ensuring the achievement of sales

targets through effective client engagement and acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Handle pre-selling activities to generate sales revenues from new business acquisition through efficient pipeline management and client engagement monitoring.

• Account Renewal: Manage the overall process of renewing accounts, addressing concerns, and recommending renewal strategies.

• Target Achievement: Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets through the acquisition of new MSME accounts and the retention of existing portfolios.

• Pricing Analysis: Analyze and recommend pricing and benefit packages to the immediate superior to ensure the closure or renewal of accounts.

• Transaction Management: Manage day-to-day sales transactions with direct clients an assigned intermediary.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of a 4-year course

• Open to fresh graduates

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Strong written and verbal communication skill
