Account Manager

Role Description All Pro IFM is growing our team and we're looking for a full-time, on-site Account Manager based in North Richland Hills, TX. This role manages relationships with our logistics and warehouse clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all facility-related services, building trust, solving problems, and keeping their facilities running smoothly. Day to day, that means understanding client needs, coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, while developing the right level of communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues clients may face. The Account Manager also tracks service quality, looks for opportunities to improve efficiency and expand services, and collaborates closely with our internal operations team to keep customer satisfaction high. This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day relationship with your assigned customer accounts
• Be the go-to point of contact when customers have questions, concerns, or new needs
• Receive incoming requests for service (phone, email, and portal) and enter them into the system as required
• Partner closely with our maintenance advisor to keep jobs moving and customers informed
• Work with vendors to schedule, monitor, and complete jobs
• Enter updates into the system to inform customer end users of status updates and confirmation of completion
• Enter pricing into the system when received from vendor
• Spot opportunities to deepen accounts and head off issues before they become escalations

• Someone who genuinely enjoys people; patient, responsive, and good under pressure
• Experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role (facility maintenance, property management, or field services a plus, not required)
• Strong follow-through; you don't let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable working across a team and juggling a growing book of accounts

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success within facilities management, logistics, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of facility operations, maintenance processes, and service coordination; prior exposure to integrated facilities solutions is beneficial.
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in North Richland Hills, TX.

Salary

$50,000

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
