Account Manager – Facilities Maintenance
Open positions: Miami, FL (1) and Mesquite, TX (2)
360 Service Provider is hiring Account Managers to coordinate commercial facilities maintenance work and support our clients from request through completion.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate work orders, schedules, and service updates
- Communicate job requirements clearly to the teams handling the work
- Track progress, follow up on delays, and help resolve issues
- Review completed work and keep records accurate
Requirements
- Professional English communication skills are required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Spanish and Portuguese are a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance, property services, or account management is also preferred.
