Summary:

As a Metal Exteriors Account Manager, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with new and existing customers while demonstrating elite product knowledge. You will be asked to provide elite customer service, meet sales goals, and objectives set by leadership.

Responsibilities:

● Assist with handling customer service requests in the store and via phone/email.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

● Process customer payments.

● Entry of Orders

● Customer Service

● Complete material takeoff/cut list requests from customers

● Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

● Familiarity with building materials/estimating

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Access to reliable transportation

Classification and Compensation:

● Full time, non-exempt employee status

● Onsite: Shiloh, Ohio

● Profit Sharing may be available quarterly

● Reports to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

● Salary Range: $15 - $30 / hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
