What they need
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as Account Manager
- With banking/financial/fintech industry experience (not required but a plus)
Additional Qualifications:
- Stronger experience in stakeholder management, project and portfolio management, as well as strategic initiatives
- IT project delivery (was able to successfully deliver a project as a delivery manager or as a project manager)
- Various project delivery frameworks - waterfall and agile
- Contract Management skills (such as SOW, MA, MITA, etc.)
- Presentation to various level of stakeholders (good communication and written skills)
- Not required but a plus: ITIL or PMP or PMI certification
