ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for keeping client matters organized and moving forward: coordinating between clients and our legal, accounting, and immigration teams, tracking documents and deadlines, keeping CRM records up to date, and ensuring that every case has a clear next step.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client matters from initial enquiry through completion
• Create tasks for the relevant internal teams and track their progress
• Monitor deadlines, documents, case progress, and next steps
• Coordinate closely with lawyers, accountants, immigration specialists, and the sales team
• Keep CRM records, notes, and case statuses accurate and up to date
• Provide clients with clear written updates and respond to day-to-day enquiries

About you

• English level B2+
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A structured and systematic approach to work
• Strong written communication skills
• A high level of responsibility and ownership
• 2+ years of living and working experience in Thailand is preferred
