Account Manager

About the role

The Field Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within assigned territories through direct engagement with dealers, distributors, and key accounts. The role requires active fieldwork, account development, inventory monitoring, and market intelligence to ensure sustainable sales growth and strong brand visibility in the appliance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories
• Open new dealer and distributor accounts to expand market coverage
• Implement sales programs and initiatives designed to increase product movement
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with accounts within company guidelines
• Maintain and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and appliance retailers
• Conduct regular store and account visits to monitor sales, inventory, and displays
• Develop territory action plans to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor stock levels in both selling areas and warehouse backrooms of accounts
• Ensure correct space management, product display, and merchandising compliance in stores
• Gather competitor information and provide feedback on customer preferences and emerging market trends
