该职位来源于猎聘 RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the service team, Account Manager will thrive in a fast-moving work environment, passionately engage and partner with business leads, and bring strong acumen to enhance existing processes.

• Build client relationships by providing counsel to multiple clients, driving execution of tactical plans and managing internal integrated teams.
• Successfully manage client expectations, team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and programs.
• Proactively build up and maintain relationship with top tier media. Monitors media outlets for coverage of client and competitor news, leveraging digital and social outlets, a diverse set of influencers, etc. Develop media strategies.
• Generate story ideas, develop structure and drafts for a variety of platforms and styles.
• Mentor and train junior team members; may directly manage interns.
• Account finance management & evaluate the response in terms of revenue.

Qualifications

• BA or above degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a related industry.
• Good command of English and Chinese – both spoken and written.
• Excellent capability of drafting lively, imaginative but substantive presentations; Excellent communication skill and presentation skill.
• Strong planning skill and strategic thinking, strong creativity and out-of-box ideas generator.
• Well-developed time management skills with an acute sense of urgency.
• Open-minded, cross-cultural, and eager to work with people from different backgrounds.
