Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join PTC Commercial Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their business needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and delivering exceptional service that strengthens long-term partnerships. This role is integral to our sales strategy and directly impacts the company's success in maintaining and growing our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and upselling of products and services to existing clients
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and presentations to clients in response to their business requirements
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients whilst ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies
• Monitor account performance and analyse sales data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and delivery to ensure seamless service provision and client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, transactions and agreements in the company systems
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
• Address client concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Regularly report on account status, pipeline activity and sales forecasts to management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in account management, sales or relationship management within a commercial or B2B environment, ideally 3–5 years
• Strong understanding of sales processes, account management principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques with a track record of successful deal closure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Sales or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients as required
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
