Account Manager

1. Develop and manage key customer accounts, building strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, industries, projects, and services.
3. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective account planning, pipeline development, and achievement of assigned targets.
4. Manage the end-to-end business development and sales process, including client engagement, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalisation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop suitable solutions that meet business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
3. Proven experience in developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales or revenue targets.
4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
5. Commercially driven and results-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and work collaboratively across different projects and business areas.
