Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
• Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
• Proactively identify and solve client problems to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and improve service quality

Requirements Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management (preferably in delivery/shipping/logistics)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
