Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan for NAD and/or its clients

• Create engaging content that resonates with target audience

• Manage Tiktok account/s and live content and data

• Manage & schedule content across platforms

• Will act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationship between the client/s and the company

• Attend to & propose solutions aligned with the clients' service requests

• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed

• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

• Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives

• Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, E-commerce, or a related field
• Must have hands-on experience in E-commerce, preferably with TikTok Shop or other online selling platforms
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and e-commerce principles and best practices
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing)
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Passion for our industry
• Can work and collaborate effectively with a team
• Bonus points if you have experience working with an agency, expertise in TikTok, and a portfolio showcasing your social media and/or e-commerce work
