Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment, to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance and tax reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and customer/vendor reconciliations.
• Handle inventory, stock reconciliation and manufacturing accounting.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, cash flow and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and other departments.
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Monitor product costing, manufacturing expenses and inventory valuation.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and finance operations.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing/factory accounting, product costing, inventory and GST compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
