Account Manager

Preferred Profile

• Should have independently handled Accounts Finalization.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).

Industry Gems & Jewellery industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and independently handle accounts finalization.
• Review GL, AP/AR, purchase, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Ensure timely monthly and annual book closure with accurate financial records.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding, ageing, and cash flow and highlight key variances.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and Ind AS.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvements, system implementation, and financial controls.

Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
