Role:

Own direct B2B revenue from construction-execution accounts like builders, MEP contractors, and EPC firms; who make or influence procurement decisions on smart home/automation systems at the build stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map builders, MEP contractors, and EPC firms active in residential/commercial construction pipeline
• Identify projects at the right stage (design/pre-execution) for automation specification
• Build and maintain a structured, CRM-tracked pipeline Engage with decision-makers directly
• Run product demos and site-specific solution walkthroughs
• Structure techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, close deals
• Own the deal from lead to contract
• Manage the account for repeat business
• Track and maintain healthy pipeline value, conversion rate, and revenue against target
• Report market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, procurement patterns

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years in Account Management/ Project Sales role
• Relevant Experience (added advantage but not mandatory): Selling electrical/ automation systems, HVAC, etc., to builders, MEP contractors, or EPC firms
• Education: Graduate; engineering background (electrical/ electronic) is a strong plus
• Tools: CRM proficiency (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), proposal building

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
