Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, social media, performance marketing, and development teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Prepare and present proposals, campaign ideas, and reports when required.
• Follow up on approvals, feedback, and pending client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase business and retain existing clients.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular updates on project progress and performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a digital/advertising agency.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and creative services.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
