Account manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Account Manager to nurture, maintain, and expand relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account retention, and identifying new business growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling).

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and field visits to identify further growth opportunities.
• Monitor client account health, contract renewals, and sales performance indicators.
• Prepare periodic account performance reports, client proposals, contracts, formal letters, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). Open for Fresh Graduates.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Client Management is a strong plus.
• Must be domiciled in Tangerang or West Jakarta.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Confident and ready to conduct client field visits independently or accompanied.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is strictly required for data tracking, account reporting, client proposals, and documentation.
