Account Manager

Timeless Tech is an iGaming aggregator: we connect game providers with casino operators worldwide through a single integration. Our LatAm business is growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Slovenia and look after our operator partners in the region.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 casino operators in Latin America as their day-to-day contact
• Provide daily support and resolve partner requests together with our technical and finance teams
• Prepare monthly performance reports and turn the numbers into concrete next steps
• Plan and activate promotions that help partners get more from our content
• Build strong, long-term relationships and spot opportunities to grow each account
• Meet partners in person at industry events

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
• Fluent English and Slovenian; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
• iGaming experience is a plus
• Comfort with numbers and reporting
• Drive, reliability and a real willingness to learn, which matter most to us
• Based in Slovenia and able to work from our Nova Gorica office at least two days a week
