Account Manager

Oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing preventative maintenance accounts. Build a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, inbound inquiries, and cold outreach, then convert those opportunities into new accounts and service agreements. Act as the main point of contact for customers by visiting job sites and maintaining timely communication by phone and email. Develop, present, and follow up on maintenance proposals to secure business. Track service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance, promptly sharing concerns with office staff. Keep customer records current with site information, equipment model numbers, and photos. Expand business by strengthening existing relationships and uncovering additional needs. Success in this role requires initiative, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment while building long-term partnerships.

· Meet company insurance eligibility requirements and be authorized to operate a company vehicle

· Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate lasting business relationships

· Maintain strong client partnerships through attentive communication and tailored service

· Use outbound calling campaigns to generate prospects and grow existing accounts

· Reach agreements that balance customer needs with company goals

· Demonstrate a successful background in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling

· Use computers effectively to create proposals and maintain thorough records

· Learn platforms such as Service Titan and keep customer profiles accurate and current

· Work effectively with employees, management, and the business owner

· Represent and promote the company through professional networking and marketing events

· Remain focused on meeting established goals

· Possess basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing equipment; this is preferred and helpful when selling service agreements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
