What they need
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Min. 3 years experience as Account Manager in media (publisher & broadcast), advertising, agency industry
- Experience handling FMCG, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
- Strong exposure to integrated campaigns (online & offline)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Good presentation and excellent communication skills
- Target-driven and revenue-oriented
- Experience in: Pitching, Upselling, Business development
- Understanding of:Digital media (social, KOL, content), Print media, Event activations
- Detail-oriented with strong timeline management
- Fluent in English is preferable
