LocalSocialPro is a growing SaaS company helping businesses simplify and automate their social media marketing.

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Account Manager to work directly with our customers over the phone and help them get the most out of our platform.

This is a work-from-home position for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, building relationships, and helping clients succeed.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers regularly by phone and video call
• Welcome and onboard new customers
• Walk customers through the LocalSocialPro platform
• Help customers complete their account setup
• Answer questions and provide basic product support
• Follow up with customers who need assistance
• Build strong relationships with assigned accounts
• Help reduce cancellations and improve customer retention
• Identify customers who may benefit from additional services or upgrades
• Document customer conversations and account updates
• Coordinate with our sales, support, and management teams when necessary
• Make sure customers are happy, active, and getting value from LocalSocialPro

What We're Looking For

You should be comfortable spending a significant portion of your workday speaking with customers on the phone.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent spoken and written English
• Is confident and professional on the phone
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is friendly, patient, and solution-oriented
• Can confidently handle customer concerns and objections
• Is comfortable learning new software
• Is organized and good at following up
• Can work independently from home
• Has a reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace

Experience working with SaaS, customer success, account management, sales, call centers, or customer support is highly preferred.

Compensation

₱25,000 – ₱40,000 PHP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
