We are expanding aggressively and looking to bring on motivated freight sales reps who want to grow with a company that actually supports them.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced freight brokers with an existing book of business
• Entry-level sales reps looking to build a book from scratch
• Hustlers who want uncapped earning potential

Compensation

• High commission structure (uncapped earnings)
• Higher splits available for reps with active books
• Opportunity for base + commission (based on experience)
• Weekly / bi-weekly pay options

Top reps can earn $100K–$250K+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage your own book of business
• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships
• Quote and close freight opportunities (LTL & FTL)
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills
