Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage international clients for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience working with overseas clients, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development.
• Communicate with clients through emails, video calls, and regular project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Monitor client satisfaction, manage billing follow-ups, and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management or client success.
• Proven experience managing international clients, preferably from the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work across different time zones.
