An independent broker founded in the 90's. They move FTL, LTL, flatbed, heavy haul, drayage and cross-border freight across North America, and they're growing their Atlanta team.

The role

You'll be the main contact for a portfolio of shipper accounts and grow their volume and margin across every mode the company runs. You'll work closely with carrier sales to keep service tight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts
• Price and quote freight across FTL, LTL, specialised and cross-border
• Cross-sell new lanes and modes to existing customers
• Work with carrier sales and ops to cover loads and fix issues early
• Track pipeline, margin and account health in the TMS and CRM

What you bring

• 3+ years managing shipper accounts at a brokerage or 3PL
• A track record of growing accounts, not just keeping them
• Confidence pricing freight and negotiating with shippers
• Based in or near Atlanta
• Bonus: flatbed, heavy haul or cross-border experience
