Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the business

Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts

Monitor and report on account performance, including sales and revenue targets

Provide exceptional service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner

Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that clients receive the support they need

Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Provide regular updates and reports on account activity to senior management
