Account Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resident accounts, This role requires a blend of collection expertise and exceptional communication skills to collect and lease in a large apartment complex.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Calling to collect rent

• Lead account management initiatives, ensuring all resident interactions are professional and productive.

• Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed.

• File for evections

-work on renewals with current residents

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and achieving collective goals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer service orientation.
