Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and maintain regular client communication.
