Exceptional attention to detail is essential. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, anticipates needs, catches inconsistencies, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll thrive here if you’re the person who notices the typo nobody else caught, remembers the details from last week’s client call, and genuinely enjoys making good work even better. You bring hands-on marketing experience, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a healthy dose of curiosity.

- Monitor client scopes of work, flag potential scope creep, and identify opportunities for additional services
- Recognize when client concerns, strategic questions, or other issues require escalation to agency leadership
Oversight, Execution & Quality Control
[hands-on and accountable]
- Oversee organic social media efforts, working closely with the Content Coordinator to ensure content is developed, approved, scheduled, and published accurately and on time
- Write social media content as assigned, while reviewing and providing feedback on content developed by other team members
- Coordinate with team members on website, email, and other client marketing initiatives
- Review and proofread client-facing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to approved strategy
- Ensure client feedback and revisions are accurately reflected in final deliverables
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members and resolve inconsistencies before work reaches the client
Strategy Support & Client Insights
[big picture thinking]
- Partner with agency leadership to translate approved strategies into day-to-day activities
- Conduct research, audits, and analysis as requested to support client recommendations
- Share client insights, competitive observations, and emerging opportunities with agency leadership
- Contribute ideas during strategy discussions and assist with new business presentations as needed
