About us

iSellForYou helps ecommerce brands recover lost sales. Our sales team calls customers who left an abandoned checkout and closes the sale. Brands pay only on results, a share of the revenue we recover. We are growing fast in the US and we need someone to take care of our brand clients.

What you will do

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of brand clients

• Onboard new brands and make sure campaigns start fast

• Run weekly check-ins and share results with each client

• Find ways to grow each account: more products, more campaigns, new channels

• Spot problems early and solve them with our sales floor team

• Keep retention high and turn clients into long-term partners

Who you are

• 2+ years in account management, customer success or client services, ideally with ecommerce or DTC brands

• Great communicator on the phone, email and video calls

• Organized: you can manage many clients without dropping the ball

• Comfortable with numbers, reports and CRMs

• Positive, proactive and fast

What we offer

• Base salary $4,000 per month

• Quarterly bonuses based on volume

• W-2 full-time position, remote in the USA

• Work directly with the founders and grow with the company
