Account Manager

Termes Insurance Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Spearfish office as a full-time account manager. Responsibilities include assisting clients, supporting policy renewals, claims activity, maintaining documentation, communicating with insurance carriers, & helping manage the day-to-day operations of the agency.

The first 90 days are dedicated to training & development. Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right person & provide opportunities for long-term growth within the agency.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation:

Salary $48,000 – $58,000 depending on experience

o Must hold an active South Dakota Property & Casualty insurance license or be eligible

to obtain one.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist clients with service requests, policy renewals, claim-related activities & general account support

Maintain accurate client records, notes, & documentation

Communicate professionally with insurance carriers & agency partners

Work within agency systems, workflows, & compliance requirements
