Account Manager

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who can do it all: manage client accounts, recruit top talent, and grow new business. This isn't just a recruiter or sales role. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow client relationships
• Recruit, interview, and place candidates
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and client visits
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and employees
• Help drive the growth of our Jefferson County market

What We're Looking For:

• Strong relationship-builder and problem-solver
• Motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
• Comfortable balancing sales, recruiting, and account management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Staffing, recruiting, sales, or account management experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
