Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our growing agency. This is a sales-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. You will work with both new and existing customers to identify coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Duties

· Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

· Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps

· Quote and sell auto, home, life, and supplemental health insurance

· Cross-sell additional products to existing clients

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

· Follow a structured daily sales schedule

· Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
