About Us

Newhomes is a dynamic and fast-growing fee-free mortgage broker based in Cannock, Staffordshire. We are the leading experts in New Build developments, working with a vast network of national builders throughout the UK. We also help clients with non-new builds and existing properties. We access over 74 lenders to find the most suitable mortgage for their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will have the exciting opportunity to:

●Liaise with customers, taking information and assessing them financially

●Give an overview of mortgages and products available to the client

●Work closely with National House Builders to create a tailor-made package suitable for the client’s needs.

Overall Responsibility

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. You will work in a busy environment, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide information on mortgage-related queries. This is the perfect start to an advising career, with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the industry. This is before starting your CeMAP exams. Once qualified, we have numerous adviser opportunities within the business to help you take your career to the next level.

Experience

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and the drive to go above and beyond to secure business. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to its continued growth and development. A finance background is not necessary; all training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed.

Working hours

We believe in a healthy work-life balance. We offer a flexible working pattern, and the office is open 7 days a week. You will work 2 weekends out of 4, both Saturday and Sunday, and you will have 2 days off during the week. Working hours are:

●10 am-5.30 pm weekends
